Project Delivery Policy

At Noorconsent Private Limited, we are committed to delivering engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This Project Delivery Policy defines the framework under which all projects are planned, executed, and handed over to our clients.


1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all projects undertaken by Noorconsent Pvt. Ltd. are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with client requirements, legal standards, and company quality protocols.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all civil, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, IT, and real estate projects managed and executed by Noorconsent Pvt. Ltd. across India.


3. Project Planning & Agreement

Before starting any project:

  • A detailed Project Proposal / Work Order will be created outlining the scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, and timelines.
  • The proposal must be reviewed and approved by the client in writing (email or signed document).
  • Once the advance payment or initial milestone is received, project work will commence as per the approved plan.

4. Timelines & Delivery Schedule

  • Project timelines are estimated based on resource availability, design approvals, material supply, and site conditions.
  • Any changes requested by the client after project initiation may affect delivery timelines and costs.
  • Noorconsent will communicate any schedule updates or delays to the client in writing.
  • All project delivery dates are subject to external conditions such as weather, government permissions, and third-party dependencies.

5. Milestone-Based Delivery

Each project will be divided into specific milestones (e.g., design, procurement, installation, testing, handover).

  • Progress will be reviewed and reported to the client at every stage.
  • Payment will be linked to milestone completion, as mentioned in the project agreement.
  • Final handover will take place only after completion of all deliverables and receipt of all due payments.

6. Quality Assurance

  • Noorconsent follows strict quality control and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • All materials and workmanship conform to applicable Indian Standards (IS codes) and project specifications.
  • The client may request inspection or testing during project execution with prior notice.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project delivery, the client must:

  • Provide required approvals, drawings, and site access on time.
  • Ensure uninterrupted access to the project site and utilities.
  • Make milestone payments promptly as per the agreement.
  • Cooperate with our project team for coordination and supervision.

Delays due to client-side factors will automatically extend the delivery schedule without penalty to Noorconsent.


8. Changes & Modifications

  • Any change in design, material, or scope requested by the client after approval will be treated as a change order.
  • Such changes may require additional time and cost, which will be communicated and approved before implementation.

9. Handover & Completion

  • Once all deliverables are completed and inspected, a Project Completion Report and Handover Certificate will be issued.
  • The client must review and confirm the successful completion within 7 days of handover.
  • Any post-handover support or maintenance will be covered under a separate agreement (if applicable).

10. Delay Management

Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, material shortage, strikes, or regulatory issues).
In such cases:

  • Revised delivery dates will be communicated to the client.
  • Noorconsent will take reasonable steps to minimize delays and maintain transparency throughout.
  • No penalty or refund will apply for delays caused by force majeure or client-related reasons.

11. Safety & Compliance

All project activities are carried out in compliance with:

  • National Building Code of India (NBC)
  • Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS)
  • Local Municipal and Fire Safety Regulations
  • Environmental and Worker Safety Guidelines

Safety is a top priority, and our teams are trained to follow industry-standard safety practices at all stages.


12. Force Majeure

Noorconsent shall not be liable for delays or failures in project delivery due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions. Such situations will be managed as per mutual agreement.


13. Dispute Resolution

Any disagreement related to project delivery will be resolved amicably between the client and Noorconsent’s management.
If not resolved, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Purnia, Bihar, India, in accordance with Indian laws.
